Details
We will discuss the development of course-based experiential learning in
undergraduate mathematics and data science at Youngstown State through
our participation in the MAA-SIAM Preparing for Industrial Careers in
Mathematics (PIC Math) program and the Data Mine, in collaboration with
Purdue University. The structure of these experiences and some results
will be presented, along with the challenges of implementing these experiences.
